Corrections cooperation communication a New Leaf

In this day and age with all the modernization with computers and technology, email, zoom, FaceTime, and more there's no reason not to actually take care of business no matter what state, Burrough, county, province, __________, or country that you are in, reside in, are visiting, communicate with, do commerce with and more. Intranational cooperation is about communication and cooperation within a Nation or at a national level like all of the U.S. and wherever else is included like the Bahamas or Virgin Islands. International means even neighboring countries and Intercontinental cooperation is a key to opening communications, transportation even on a Corrections and or Institutional level all over the world no matter where something happened and where you are now. This is so that we can take care of what has transpired to the good and to the bad or unlawful or illegal or what is viewed as __________, as we may vary on definitions and laws though I believe that their are Global Minimums to be upheld that possibly were agreed upon recently and even of the distant past. Our shared history of living upon this planet has given us a lot of information about what is Legal or in accordance with the law and what is not. This is not to say, or to minimize, that which is morally wrong should not be held accountable for actions that the results are ____________, for which there might be legal recourse depending upon those outcomes. 

There is always a way to balance the scales and this should come up during the aftermath whether before and or during sentencing, though the reasons why somebody took __________ action or upheld ____________ or had no action or resources to do __________ to stop or aid whatever was transpiring so that we act within the scope of the law as well as the spirit of it. Which is not to say that people do not get held accountable for _____________ but that the sentencing for this , the outcome, the punishment FITS the CRIME if their was a crime committed and if it is viewed as such by most in that situation given their ____________... 

Hopefully restorative Justice is getting Re-Invigorated in sentencing and in corrections so that the person responsible can balance the scales whether they are a juvenile, a child, a youth, a young adult, an elder, or an adult. This means upon their release, if they are getting released or during their life in prison or an institution that they also feel like they have "paid their debt to society and or the victim(s)" and the community and whoever or whatever else was affected or effected by their crime or actions or in-actions.

All over the U.S. and possibly the world their are people turning a new leaf or a new page, turning themselves in, turning others in and starting their journey through redemption, recovery, penance, forgiveness, reconciling their past and present and learning that they can be free on the inside as well as in a cell. 

Gather what is most precious to you and put it in weather proof , just to be safe like plastic totes, give it to somebody who will keep it, legally get out of leases even with help, sell the house or get somebody to keep or maintain it, put your affairs in order and walk into the police, sheriff's, FBI, NSA, CIA, Homeland, bondsman, bounty hunters offices and or departments and say hello to more peace of mind.

I hopefully have inspired those with bounties, bonds, rewards and other means held over them or for them to find somebody with a legacy and fund them with the money or fund or rewards for turning you in as What's your legacy is something I have been talking about for years! Do good with turning yourself in with somebody who has a plan, solidified if possible even with lawyers and a trust or however to do things like Nature conservancy, youth housing, legislative acts, equality or equity in peaceable resolutions*, and much more! Fund our future upon this planet with you surrendering yourself with someone, even an agent, even a TSA has helped do this.

There is now much consideration when housing an inmate as: connections both old and new, healthy connections as well as unhealthy connections, family, friends, treatment options, schooling, training, programs, conditions of health, even those you owe a debt to even a state or country can be taken into consideration when we are talking about the LT housing of an inmate. 

Want what is actually, factually best for the person as we do not know,or maybe you might start to, what brought them to the point where they entered into illegal or unlawful or ___________ behavior that brought them into jail, court, and institutions. 

My Meaning is that if a person is or was mis-educated, uneducated, shaped, honed, formed, experienced traumatic experiences, had a temporary loss of ___________, is from abuse and or was abused, is untrained, was misinformed, was targeted, and more that, that or these things are taken into account so that this is not our and their future. Unless they have an actual life sentence they will be out with us again and that means if we do not address what brought them to that point(s) we are looking at a type of recidivism based on delusional ignorance or naivete that you can try to claim plausible deniability about but can't really substantiate.

Education, training and or a trade, STS, therapy, recovery groups/ happenings, arts/crafts, writing groups, groups for abused and or abusers, classes of all sorts including Criminal Brain(s,Ed)*, Lifestyle, whole health, GED, faith based groups/classes, employment and employment readiness with access to fair/equitable/equal housing that has D.O.C. involved and or in it with and or without uniforms or a casual uniform on every shift. This is so that we see them and they see you, it helps to know that there are Nets, boundaries, catches, and a sense of safety when you get out of institutionalized life and not just, be good hope everything works out for you, BYE.

Jailors, Wardens, Governors, Companies...everybody this is an opportunity to help reform as reformation is supposed to be what prison and or institutions are about, reshape, redeem, recover, are you sensing a pattern here...teach, train, educate, employ and more a often neglected, abused, forgotten, lost, guilt ridden, blamed, shamed, dumped, judged, and more populations into who you CAN smile at, trust, depend on, call on or forth*, want, employ, house, as a neighbor, a good Samaritan, a changed individual and more. 

YOU CAN even with firm or gentle force create a future for your community and these people. 

Should anybody unless they don't have enough time be leaving without their GED or Diploma? 

Is that what you want for your inmates? 

Inmates that are attributed to your institution? 

Or would you rather have them educated maybe have skills and or a trade that they can be employed with coming out of your hallowed halls? 

Everything that you offer is UP TO YOU.

Your jail, your prison, your institution, your MOLDABLE, SHAPABLE key word ABLE bodies and minds that are there where you hold dominion or are the law or the governing presence*...

It is up to you to decide what goes on...

I know that inmates may not like this but the required time out of your cell is 1 hour out of every 24, there's no rules on how you decide who is out or not except the ones you set, so?
