Inspire and or attain Unparalleled Loyalty*

Most people are aware of the millions of homeless around the world and yes a fair amount here in the U.S. and the maybe miscalculated judgment that they are solely at fault and or responsible for their situation and or predicament or precarious situation seen by some as a lifestyle choice when we do not know their history or what caused, led, or has kept a person in homelessness. Trying to see them as people not numbers, burdens, problems, criminals, addicts, drunks, beggars, losers, irresponsible, lazy, angry, dollar signs, pitiful, pathetic, smelly, dirty, taking up space, time wasters, unemployable, disrespectful, creepy, lost and or lost causes, damaged, broken, mentally unstable and or ill, non contributors, litterers, spectacles, sad, worthless, haters, outcasts, rebels without a clue or a cause, hated, spit on, discriminated against, children, frozen, dead space, drags on the ___________ (neighborhood, economy...), OUT what you feel, what's been thought if not said and start saying and or thinking there by the grace of God go I or whoever or whatever you believe in because it can happen to anybody, anywhere, anytime so everybody in the world who all of us have a glass house and therefore throwing and or casting stones is not the brightest idea on any or either side can instead go HOW do we work on this, what are the challenges, can I be objective and see the potential of employing and or housing a homeless person and have it work because if you can you are looking at the potential of Unparalleled loyalty, even by proxy, Companies doing good, Counties making a difference, People helping people in long term sustainable ways that bring healing, a return of ________ ( stability) to the economy, helps the environment, helps people find Safety, Security and belongings all in the top 4 around the planet.

Some of the keys to this untapped potential is finding ways that people can contribute that may not be seen as typical and or average employment such as Art programs, schooling, working with children even in New and or old ways in or der to address needs like having people ride on transportation with them like here in Kentucky on a job posting that I saw, Industry like Day labor which includes assembly, community projects, modified employment whether its duties, hours and or both or more. Being able to meet a person where they are at and see their potential given some stability in housing even temp to permanent shelter/housing, even communal or Co-Op type options where there contributions help pay the rent, barter and or trade skills, services, work for a place to live and or meals can produce good results.

Once a person  secures and or has stable shelter where it is not availability on a nightly and or daily basis as well as having to be out in the cold or heat every day but some sort of stability where they can start easing back from existence and or survival which can produce moodiness, frustration, desperation, anger, helplessness, depression, fight/flight, psychosis, illness, fatigue, irritability, injury, recurrences of __________ (signs/symptoms of _________...), aggravation of symptoms, etc that the instability of having inconsistent survival based shelter does produce can be alleviated with a different type of shelter that is consistent, continuous, strict, has duties as a requirement as well as what the exchange and or rent or ___________ is that is required to maintain their spot there. This also includes certain amounts of productivity hours, groups, classes, training, applying for jobs even in house depending upon the job and power or supervisory levels as it has been proven that favoritism and retaliation can happen among peers in a shelter even exchanges between peers for types of preference and favoritism such as a room by themselves, more food, towels, a not night by night place to be slot, excusing behavior that should get someone in trouble, taking people out of order in order to shelter them and not the actual in line order the list goes on. In positions in house you need to consider having actually objective people in charge who don't have a interest in _________ ( keeping the peace regardless of wrongs done, getting a better job, getting promoted, theft and or stealing, followers, esteem, accolades, kickbacks, causing upset, drama inciters...), and those who can remain Strict without being a bully and or be burnt out as working with homeless populations can be a trying and seemingly endless and or hopeless endeavor to those on the front lines and above.

This is not undoable and in fact in the past has worked, look at when we had less people homeless after and or during bouts of homelessness. What were the successes, challenges, failures, partial successes, where did people not become homeless again as chronic homelessness is a huge problem in the U.S. and I am talking about Americans who often get helped last among their international peers. Americans die on the streets meaning in homelessness of some sort every day while international people are in public housing, in apartments, condos, homes, and other living situations which is not just a traumatic truth* America that you tend to have little to no compassion for your fellow American and endless excuses, chances and forgiveness not to mention help and or resources for other countries populations while Americans freeze, get sick, experience higher rates of SPMI, frostbite, hopelessness and more we have people from other countries nestled cozily, bellies full content on the suffering of Americans that they have displaced or so it seems.
