5)my writing, spoken word, even graduation speech at White Bear Lake High School, Minnesota, poetry, rants, and other writings including musical compositions written back then as well, as well as when I was in Shakopee women's prison 05-07 some of my writing including at least one journal or diary was published in Europe and a award winning performance of my spoken word dealing with rape is out there not sure if it is entirely without someone else's additions though, there's also The war on Trauma not drugs, its a suicide epidemic not an opiate epidemic those are mine so is Beck and call bitch and douche baggery as far as I know there's more though originating with myself 

6) Stalker Corrections, a group and or individuals who stalk those in jail, prison, workhouses even half way houses that are corrections

7) My 2 weight loss journeys one in prison and one through my chronic pain conditions without much outside help
